*PARIS CONTINUES….

aaahhhh…it’s so nice to not know what day it is. the only goal is to figure out where you’ll eat next.

actually, the wifey and i have been making our own meals most of the time. you’d have to be chez-loaded to eat out in paris all the time. but here’s some advice if you plan to go:

1. eat out a lunch-same great food, much less price

2. get it to go- if you have a choice, get take-away, it costs a lot less cuz you ain’t paying for the wait service and taking up space in the restaurant

3. head to the neighborhoods around the universities- the restaurants cater to the student crowd= inexpensive food and drinks

a few of the reasons why parisians stay thin is the servings are small, they eat a lot on the run, and they smoke like chimneys!!

oh…and the only disappointment with my trip is: THERE ARE NO BIDETS!!

i haven’t come across any at all…i’ve been ripped off…i want my money back.

for some real history about the bidet, go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bidet

cheers!!
